1. Farar shinkafa (Shinkafar tuwo).
2. Yeast.
3.Baking powder
4. Albasa.
5. Maggi (Fari) & Gishiri
6. Sugar (Optional)
Da farko Uwargida zata wanke shinkafarta, sannan ta jiƙa ta, a bangare ɗaya kuma zata ɗebi ƴar kaɗan daga cikin Shinkafar ta dafa, misali a cikin Wainar rabin kwano, zata iya ɗibar gwangwani (Kwanko) ɗaya ta dafa.
