A constitution is defined as a set of rules, regulations, norms, customs, and values (written or unwritten) in which a particular country, organization, association or club is governed.
A constitution can also be described as a book which contains all the basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the citizens.
