Wane irin amfani ganyen Ugu yake da shi a jikin Ɗan’adam?
AMFANIN GANYEN UGU A JIKIN DAN’ADAM.
Ganyen Ugu yana daga cikin abinci dangin ganyayyaki da ke da matuƙar amfani ga lafiyar ɗan’adam. Ganye ne da ake samun shi a kowane yanayin lokaci na shekara.
Ugu yana ɗauke da sinadari masu yawa da ke taimakawa wajen ƙarin jini da sauran sinadarai.
