Ina son sanin haƙiƙanin bambancin halal da haram.
Halal, ita ce abin da Allah ya halasta ma bayinsa ta hanyar magana ko aiwatarwa, sannan halal ta kan zama sila ta tsirar bawa a wurin Ubangijinsa.
Haram, ita ce abin da Allah ya haramta, na daga magana ko aiwatarwa, kamar Shirka, sata, shan giya, zina, annamimanci d.s. Sannan ta kan zama sila ta halakar mutum.
Sannan banbancin da ke tsakaninsu a bayyane yake, kamar yadda Manzon Allah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallama ya faɗa “Lallai Halal a bayyane take, sannan haram a bayyane take, sai dai a tsakaninsu a kwai al’amura masu rikitarwa waɗanda mafi yawancin mutane basu san su ba. Duk wanda ya ji tsoron rikitattun al-amurah, haƙiƙa ya kuɓutar da addininsa da mutuncinsa, wanda kuma ya faɗa ma rikitattun al-amurah, haƙiƙa ya faɗa a cikin haram, kamar mai yin kiwo da yake a gefen iyaka, ya yi kusa ya faɗa a cikinsa (Iyakar.) Ku saurara, lallai kowane mai Mulki yana da iyaka, ku saurara, Lallai iyakar Allah ita ce abin da ya haramta…..”
Wannan hadisin ya yi mana cikakken bayani a kan halal da Haram, sannan ya faɗa mana a tsakanin halal da Haram ɗin a kwai wasu rikitattun al-amurah, waɗanda su ɗin halal ne, amma da an kuskure zasu koma haram, kamar misalin mai kiwon da ya kawo, wanda yake kiwo a kan iyaka, gefen da yake na gonarsa ne, gefen da ke kusa sosai da shi na gonar wani mutum ne, kaɗan za a kuskure dabbobinsa su ƙetara gonar maƙwabcinsa, idan da saninsa ne zai ga kamar ba wani abu bane, don kusan a haɗe gonakin suke, idan kuma ba da saninsa ne ba, toh bai ma san dabbobinsa sun sun ci haƙƙin da ba nasa ba. A zahiri duka wannan zai iya ganinsu ba haram ba ne, amma kuma haram ne.
Toh kamar haka rikitattun al’amurra suke, shi ya sa kiyaye su ya fi alkhairi a kan kwatanta aikinsu, domin ta haka ne mutum zai kauce ma haram, sannan zai tseratar da addinisa da mutucinsa. Kamar dai wancan misalin na mai kiwo. Yanzu idan maƙwabcinsa ya gane dabbobin wannan mai kiwo suna ɗan shigar masa iyakar gona, toh fa rikici zai iya ɓallewa, ko kuma a fara ƙananun maganganu, daga nan mutunci ya fara zubewa, don haka nisantar duk irin waɗannan yake da muhimmancin gaske.
Sannan idan muka dawo ga banbancin halal da Haram, ita halar tana sanya nutsuwar zuciya, ita kuma haram tana sanya ƙunci da tsoro a zuciya, domin mai aikata halal baya jin kunyar kowa, zai fito fili ya aikata aikinsa.
Haram kuwa duk mai aikata ta yana jin tsoro ko kunyar a gane shi, kamar yadda Manzon Allah Sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ya ce “Zunubi shi ne abinda ya yi ƙaiƙayi a zuciyarka, kuma kake ƙin mutane su gani.”
Misali: Mace ce zata yi aure, daga inda ta samu ciki an fara farinciki kenan, idan ta haihu dangi su taya ta murna, har a riƙa ɗaukar photon baby ana yaɗawa, saboda wannan baby ta hanyar halal (Aure) ta same shi.
Amma ga wata can da ta samu ɗan ta hanyar haram (Zina), sai ma ta kashe shi, ko ta jefar da shi, wata kuma aka yi ta ɓoyo, dalilin haka kuma shi ne ta hanyar haram aka same shi.
A nan kuma ya bayyana mana banbancin da ke tsakanin halal da haram shi ne yadda aka aiwatar da abin, waccan aure ta yi ta samu ɗa, waccan kuma alfasha ta yi ta samu ɗa, dukkansu abu iri ɗaya suka samu, amma hanyar aiwatarwar ta sa halal ta samu nata kason, haram ma ta samu.
